A common theme with a lot of government of canada's datasets is that none of the Government Lingo is explained. It would be really helpful if terms like "Pass-through" etc were explained.

Hello Desmond, In response to your comment, definition files were added to the dataset to better explain the terminology used. These are the 'Supporting Documentation' files. Thank you for your comment.

Since these data are collected from 55 departments, please can you advise when an "unconsolidated" dataset will be available, showing departmental spend?

Bonjour!

Hello, Would someone kindly advise how I might find similar datasets at the provincial and territorial level? Ontario, specifically.
