National First Nations infrastructure investment plan The First Nations Infrastructure Investment Plan (FNIIP) is developed annually by Indian & Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) in partnership with First Nations to strategically plan investments in the short and medium term to support an economically stable future for First Nations in Canada. Provides an overview of investments being planned in line with the FNIIP through the Capital Facilities & Maintenance Program.
