Surface Form by Ecoprovince

Surface Form by Ecoprovince The National Ecological Framework for Canada's "Surface Form by Ecoprovince" dataset contains tables that provide surface form information for components within the ecoprovince framework polygon. It provides surface form codes and their English and French-language descriptions as well as information about the percentage of the polygon that the component occupies. Surface form descriptions describe assemblages of slopes or recurring patterns of forms that occur at the earth's surface. When applied to consolidated materials (material that has been transformed to hard rock), it refers to the form produced after modification by geological processes. The mineral soil surface forms are: dissected; hummocky (irregular); inclined; level, rolling; ridged; steep; terraced; undulating. The wetland surface forms are: bog; fen; marsh; swamp. 2023-02-23 Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada infocansis@AGR.GC.CA Nature and EnvironmentScience and TechnologyTerrestrial ecosystemsEcologyEcosystems Data Product Specification (English)PDF https://agriculture.canada.ca/atlas/data_donnees/nationalEcologicalFramework/supportdocument_documentdesupport/en/ISO_19131_National_Ecological_Framework_for_Canada_Data_Product_Specification.pdf Data Product Specification (French)PDF https://agriculture.canada.ca/atlas/data_donnees/nationalEcologicalFramework/supportdocument_documentdesupport/fr/Cadre_ecologique_national_pour_le_Canada_ISO_19131.pdf Pre-packaged FGDB filesFGDB/GDB https://agriculture.canada.ca/atlas/data_donnees/nationalEcologicalFramework/data_donnees/fgdb/ep/nef_ecoprov_surface_form.gdb.zip Pre-packaged GeoJSON filesGEOJSON https://agriculture.canada.ca/atlas/data_donnees/nationalEcologicalFramework/data_donnees/geoJSON/ep/nef_ecoprov_surface_form.geojson Surface Form by EcoprovinceESRI REST https://agriculture.canada.ca/atlas/rest/services/mapservices/aafc_national_ecological_framework_of_canada/MapServer/38 Surface Form by EcoprovinceESRI REST https://agriculture.canada.ca/atlas/rest/services/servicesdecarte/aac_cadre_ecologique_national_pour_le_canada/MapServer/38 Surface form by ecoprovinceWMS https://agriculture.canada.ca/atlas/services/mapservices/aafc_national_ecological_framework_of_canada/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS&layers=14&legend_format=image/png&feature_info_type=text/html Surface Form by EcoprovinceWMS https://agriculture.canada.ca/atlas/services/servicesdecarte/aac_cadre_ecologique_national_pour_le_canada/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS&layers=14&legend_format=image/png&feature_info_type=text/html
