Request Summary: This request excludes all drafts and limits e-mail correspondence to that involving staff at the level of Director General and above for the time period of February 24, 2023 to September 5, 2023. I am also requesting information including, but not limited to, how many individuals have been denied permanent residency as a result of Kafala based adoptions or Kafala guardianship and how many individuals have been denied temporary status as a result of Kafala based adoptions or Kafala guardianship since June 2013, as well as any documents, i.e. briefing notes, policies, reports, plans, and e-mails, related to these denials. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Remove non-relevant records and identify them as such. Also remove materials that are an account of an actual Cabinet confidence.
