Request Summary: Over the years, obtaining a list of Program Manager names and contact info for the visa posts has become more and more challenging. Any request now results in a document that is fully redacted. I would like to see the legal opinions received by IRCC that has led to this trend in the last ten years. Provide any and all discussions, legal opinions sought and received, in relation to this growing fear that has resulted in all PMs names and contact info being fully redacted.
