Request Summary: I am seeking information about the Department of National Defence 'Project Phoenix' which was undertaken in the 1970s at CFB Downsview at DCIEM (Defence and Civil Institute of Environmental Medicine). I am looking for any and all documents, and other materials, such as video, film or audio generated during the entire project period, as well as the final findings and recommendations that were generated at the end or after it. I am looking for documents from DND that create the project, and any government memorandums on budget, personnel and objectives for Project Phoenix. I am looking for any safety and experiment guidelines for the high-altitude simulations that were created. I am looking for any memorandums on the health, well-being and assignments of all staff on the Project. In short, I am requesting every single document, or other element of media available available that is part of or references Project Phoenix.
