[4] To complete the IRCC ATI request at https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do an applicant has to solve a Google reCaptcha in order to successfully submit a request. Provide information as to when Google reCaptcha was implemented & why it was implemented. Also provide a copy of the Google reCaptcha Admin Console statistics for the last 90 days (until Jun 30, 2021)
