I am requesting records of all communications between the IAAC and other bodies external to the IAAC concerning the Vivian Sand Processing Facility Project and Vivian Sand Extraction Project. These external bodies include Manitoba and federal government officials and departments, CN Rail, Centra Gas Manitoba Inc., Friesen Drillers Ltd. and any other agencies involved in this project.
