Req # OPM-A-2023-001

Greetings, My client, has tasked me with acquiring the results for the above calls for tenders, in accordance with the Access to Information Act. My client bid on both calls and submitted the documents on the following dates: 1. DDP# DDPl-510-22-1543: Amenagement Publique (Phase 2), September 9, 2022; 2. DDP# DDPl-540-22-1545: Refection de la chambre des compteurs d’eau, September 16, 2022; Unfortunately, their client, the Old Port of Montréal Corporation, refuses to provide the results to my client, if the request is not made in writing. Consequently, we would like to obtain the results of these two (2) calls for tenders, i.e.: The names of the companies bidding on each call for tenders; The amount bid, by each company, for each call for tenders; The name of the company selected for each tender; And the amount awarded for said contracts. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned. I look forward to hearing from you.

I request access to records – including but not limited to complaints, reports, correspondences, memos, studies, and public opinion polls – circulated by the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages from June 1, 2022, to the present, concerning the impact of Bill 96 on Black Anglophones’ linguistic rights, access to healthcare services, including psychiatric services, and their overall well-being in Quebec. Req # A-2023-014

Please accept this request for records under the Access to Information Act. My request concerns documents related to the Official Languages Act (OLA). Specifically, I would like to receive electronic copies of the following records: • Any internal records (reports, memos, legal opinions, training material, guidelines, or otherwise) that concern how the Commissioner calculates the number of passengers who are used to trigger the application of the OLA to airports or ferry terminals. Omit anything that has already been published on the Commissioner’s website or that is otherwise available to the public already. • Any internal records (reports, memos, legal opinions, training material, guidelines, or otherwise) that concern how the Commissioner interprets the phrases “over a year” or “during a year” or “ au cours d’une année” as that phrase is used in sections 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 of the Official Languages (Communications with and Services to the Public) Regulations, SOR/92-48.
