Clarification: We are looking for information on the software provider for the applicant tracking system used by the Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC). An applicant tracking system is a database tool that enables the electronic handling of recruitment and hiring needs. It is different from a job board such as that on the GCJobs.gc.ca website. It was our assumption that the PSC had a software contract in place with a vendor, and we are looking to get details about this contract. We would like to know who it was awarded to and when, what the term of the contract is, what services were included and when it will be coming up for renewal. We would expect that there would be a request for proposal process when the contract approaches its end date. Our firm would like to know the name of the company that previously provided applicant tracking system services to the PSC. Our firm is also interested in knowing how much was paid for the services, as well as the length of the contract. Our firm would also like information on when the previous contract was signed and who was in charge of making the final decision on obtaining an applicant tracking system.
