I am writing to request copies of all information in possession or control of the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) relating to refugee status claimants entering Canada from the United States subject to the Safe Third Country Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, information maintained by the In-Canada Asylum (IRCC PPU 009), Certificates of Identity and Refugee Travel Documents (PPU 080), Refugee and Humanitarian Resettlement (PPU 008), Protected Persons Status Documents (PPU 066) and Migration Control, Security Management (PPU 068) and Refugee Determination (CIC ASB 008). Without limiting the generality of my request, I am seeking all information since January 1st, 2018, relating to: 3. The number and percentage of claimants who have been found to be exempt from subsection 101(1)(e) of the IRPA pursuant to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) 159.4(1) and 159.4(2), including statistics broken down by exemption, place of entry, place of apprehension, age, gender, race, and country of origin.
