Suggested Dataset: Billings for Clinical Laboratory Testing by Physician and Lab

I would like to see all of the medical laboratory tests that are billed by physicians and the labs throughout Canada, with information that would allow the breakdown by the following factors: Location (Province, Region, etc.) Physician name Physician address Lab name Date (Year, Month, etc.) billing fee type of test or procedure (test name and/or procedure name and code) With this data, the following could be determined and reviewed: breakdown of physicians or physician office locations ordering the most lab tests areas or regions ordering more or less testing per capita than others
