Suggested Dataset: Population of Federal Public Service by department and by function (HR, Internal Audit, etc.) annually - internal auditors

The dataset that I viewed does not have a breakdown by the function, for example people working in HR, Finance, Internal Audit, etc. I specifically need to know the population of internal auditors in government on the annual basis as far back as possible.
