Open Government Performance: Measuring Impact
The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat worked with the SecDev Group to propose an approach to assessing the impact of open government reforms in the Government of Canada. This report is meant to be a starting point with which to facilitate a conversation within the Government of Canada and with stakeholders about what a Canadian framework for impact should include and how it can best be evaluated.
