To support Montreal businesses during this exceptional situation, the Department of Economic Development of the City of Montreal has made available to Montreal businesses and organizations a dedicated telephone line, as well as a web form to facilitate the flow of requests for information, respond to needs of companies and better understand their concerns in the particular context of Covid-19. This dataset brings together some of the responses of companies that contacted the City of Montreal, allowing us to draw a certain portrait of the reality experienced by Montreal businesses.
