GC HR and Pay - Artificial Intelligence (AI) Virtual Assistant

GC HR and Pay - Artificial Intelligence (AI) Virtual Assistant Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has developed a “Virtual Assistant” pilot using artificial intelligence (AI) to help fix data discrepancies in pay and compensation services for departments and agencies served by the Pay Centre. The Virtual Assistant is a case advisory tool that uses technology to improve data management processes and prioritize finding, sorting, and correcting data, all while keeping a human in the loop.
