Montreal Firefighters Interventions
Data set listing the interventions carried out by the Service de sécurité incendie de Montréal (SIM), including the rental of interventions and the units deployed since 2005. These data are taken from the Workstation Assisted Dispatch System (PAO), a central subsystem of the intervention management system that allows real-time management, vehicle allocation and operational monitoring of interventions. This data is collected to produce reports required by the Ministry of Public Safety and required for the SIM. It also collates statistics in order to disseminate information to citizens, media and insurers.
