GC HR and Pay – Financial Overview The Enterprise Project Coordination Office was created for the Human Capital Management (HCM) Portfolio within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) to lead, coordinate, and implement the development of an integrated, enterprise strategy on project and program oversight (including the management of Portfolio key deliverables; enterprise risk management, oversight and assurance) for the transformation of human resources and pay moving forward. The HCM Portfolio continues the mandate to develop recommendations for flexible, modern, and integrated HR and Pay cloud-based Software as a Service solution. It established an integrated project management approach with the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer within Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS-OCHRO) as the business owner and PSPC as the integrated solution delivery team.
