The dataset shows Safe Motherhood program claims registered in a calendar year and accepted as of March 1 of the following year. Pregnant or nursing workers may benefit from this program if their employment involves physical dangers to their health or that of the unborn child or if they are breastfeeding. The objective of the program is to keep pregnant or nursing workers in employment whose work involves physical dangers to their health or that of the unborn child. These workers may be assigned to another position or to other tasks or, if that is not possible, may be entitled to preventive withdrawal.
