The HR and Pay Concierge is a new solution under development by Human Capital Management (HCM) in Public Services and Procurement Canada to provide employees with clear, instant, and comprehensive insights into their pay – fostering confidence, transparency, and peace of mind at every step.
Concierge will help employees find accurate information in a timely fashion using several tools to assist in navigating complex pay issues and processes, including a chatbot. The suite of tools aims to address challenges such as the complexity of pay inquiries, the need for personalized support, and help in navigating and simplifying the overpayment process. With a user-friendly interface, Concierge will help enhance transparency, build trust, and provide personalized services.
The approach is focused on putting the users (employees) at the center first and foremost. The development process will transform tools, policies, and processes to ensure the solution meets the needs of employees effectively and reliably while ensuring quality answers trained by subject matter experts around HR and Pay. The incremental release and thorough testing will ensure that Concierge evolves to provide the best possible support.
