Percentage of overall client satisfaction with the Translation Bureau's language tools and services
This indicator measures the overall user satisfaction with language tools and linguistic services provided by the Bureau, which demonstrates that the program meets its objectives. This indicator is measured through a semi-annual client satisfaction survey, administered to all requesters of the Bureau’s services.
