Guidance for reporting on medical assistance in dying As of November 1, 2018, the Regulations for the Monitoring of Medical Assistance in Dying (the Regulations) require physicians, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists to provide information related to requests for, and the provision of, medical assistance in dying (MAID).
