This Notice sets out the policies and practices pertaining to the administration of tariff preference level (TPL) goods for import from the United States and Mexico under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) including: 1) wool and cotton or man-made fibre apparel; 2) cotton or man-made fibre fabrics and made-up goods; and 3) cotton or man-made fibre spun yarn.
