Message to Industry – Changes to Certain EICS Commodity Codes The purpose of this message is to inform you of upcoming changes to certain Export and Import Controls System (EICS) commodity codes as a result of World Customs Organization’s (WCO) HS code updates and related Customs Tariff updates coming into effect January 1, 2022.
