Health Canada information related to adverse reaction reporting of drugs and health products on the Canadian market

This report, which is tabled under section 20 of the Service Fees Act and section 4.2.8 of the Directive on Charging and Special Financial Authorities, contains information about the fees that Health Canada had the authority to charge in the 2022-23 fiscal year.

Under IO No. 2, manufacturers and importers must report shortages of specified medical devices (including their components, accessories or parts) of critical medical devices to Health Canada. This new interim order outlines the mandatory reporting requirements.
