Indigenous Services Canada

This is the second year for Indigenous Services Canada to table a fees report. The Service Fees Act introduces a modern legislative framework that enables cost-effective delivery of services and, through enhanced reporting to Parliament, improved transparency and oversight.

In 2019-2020, the Department completed 302 access to information requests, with a total of 39,245 pages processed, demonstrating its commitment to openness and transparency.

The Department completed 241 privacy requests, totaling 24,483 pages processed, ensuring Canadians have the right of access to their personal information.
