I’m interested in the amount of insecticides applied in the Census Consolidated Subdivisions (CCS) level using Census of Agriculture data from 2016. For the cases “Use of insecticides in the calendar year prior to the census - Farms reporting” (INSECTI_N) = 0 AND “-Acres” (INSECTI) = 0, does this mean that there are zero insecticides used or zero reported? If the latter, why are not these entries marked with an “x”? Is there a difference between the “x” marking and zeros.
