Electoral reform

Under the present system, the current government represents about 38% of the electoral meaning that the majority of Canadians are not represented. You cannot have open government if the current government only speaks for a minority of Canadians. Open government by including as many of us as possible in it through electoral reform. Without that, many of us cannot look to Ottawa and ever feel part of the country.
