En référence à l'engagement 3 : Étendre et améliorer les données ouvertes.
Adopter des principes pour la qualité des données ouvertes (précision, cohérence, disponibilité, exhaustivité, conformité, crédibilité, traitabilité (machine-readable), pertinence, ponctualité). Voir Communauté européenne, Open Knowledge Foundation).
Développer (ou adapter) un indice de qualité et évaluer les jeux de données (et, pourquoi pas, en amont du processus de libération: les bases de données ?)
Sensibiliser et former les producteurs de données à l'importance de la qualité des données pour leur réutilisation (prise de décision, étude de marché).
Intégrer l'application des meilleures pratiques en matière de production de données dans la gouvernance de l'information.
Fixer un horizon pour l'adoption de standards pour des données ouvertes et liées (standards URI, RDF, SPARQL) pour générer des connaissances et faciliter l'utilisation et le développement d'applications d'IA.
