Request Summary: Language and education criteria required for HMN - We are requesting information the rationale and evidence used to develop the language proficiency criteria and educational credential criteria required to be eligible for the Caring for People with High Medical Needs Pathway (HMN). Please provide copies of all policies, guides, directives, internal memorandums, briefing notes, rules, manuals, training manuals, sample forms, presentations, desk aids, assessment sheets, quality monitoring reports, comments, recommendations issued to officers, stakeholder consultations, etc. regarding the language proficiency criteria and educational credential criteria. Please provide only the English version unless only the French version exists. Omit email, except email with an attachment that is one of the identified document type requested. Remove all instances of non-relevant information by identifying them as such. Please omit records requiring consultation for confirmation of a Cabinet confidence.
