Request Summary: All exchanges related to an assessment of a report released in January or February, 2020, "The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine NGO Network", authored by the organization known as NGO Monitor, which concludes that the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine or PFLP has ties to Middle Eastern NGO's which are receiving funding from European governments and possibly Canada. Records should be available in the North Africa, Israel, West Bank/Gaza Bureau and should include any analysis of the NGO Monitor report, judgement as to its accuracy, and reports on whether any Canadian funding is involved with the Middle East NGOs identified. Include only departmental records and exchanges with Canadian missions abroad.
