Request Summary: Please provide all documents from July 9, 2019, to the present (July 26, 2020), respecting (1) review, analysis and proposals for extension or modification of the temporary Standing Orders adopted in June 2017 related to the consideration of the Estimates; (2) Private Member’s Motion M-231 (Changes to the Standing Orders) (42nd Parliament); (3) Private Member’s Motion M-38 (Standing Committee on Science and Research) (43rd Parliament); (4) the pending review of the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons; and (5) generally, the Standing Orders and procedures of the House of Commons, including proposals for amendments thereto. Please exclude memoranda to Cabinet and aides-memoire for Cabinet consideration; Treasury Board submissions; speaking notes or decks for presentations to Cabinet or its committees; briefing notes and covering memoranda concerning the above items mentioned to excluide; duplicate copies of e-mails (i.e., exclude earlier messages in a thread of e-mails if a later message contains the earlier message (s)); publicly available versions of government documents (i.e., do not exclude drafts of those documents); the French version of documents which are equally available in each official language; and copies of draft legislative texts.
