Request Summary:  I would like to know how many applicants applied for permanent residency under the Start-up Visa ("Démarrage d'entreprise") economic immigration program in 2019, 2020, and 2021, with a breakdown by countries of origin and the outcome (accepted or denied). In addition, please provide the number of applications filed under the Start-Up Visa program with a breakdown by type of designated entity (Angel Investor, Venture Capital, or Incubator), the number of accepted applications, the number of denied applications, and the number of peer reviews all on an annual basis for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021. Please also share the number of work permit applications filed by Start-Up Visa applicants based on the results of their work permit applications and their permanent residence applications, all on an annual basis for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021. Please share the number of applications in process by the number of months since filing to inform us of current processing times. Please provide information on the industry sector of the start-ups and the profile of the applicants (age, gender, education level, etc.).
