Request Summary: Statistics from January 1 to December 31, 2018, on the total number of people who wrote the national Situational Judgement Test (SJT) - Pro screening test for the FB4-FB5 competition process. The process numbers may include, but may not be limited to: 2018-IA-OPS-FB_05-192 / 2018-IA-OPS-FB_04-191. Broken down by: the total number of females and males who successfully passed the national process, and by the number of males and females passing each of the three competencies tested: analytical thinking, achieve results and service excellence. Additionally, emails, reports, briefing notes, studies surrounding the rationale by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for these 3 competencies, and any and all reliability and validity assessments of the SJT-Pro provided to the CBSA. Further, any material provided by Enterprise Performance Systems Incorporated or other service provider showing that the test results measure the 3 competencies equally for both males and females or that indicate a gender bias with the SJT-Pro results.
