Request Summary: Please provide all reports concerning consultations between CSIS Labour Relations, and / or Internal Security and CSIS Medical Staff which provide guidance for CSIS Medical Staff to unilaterally disclose to WSIB ongoing psychological stress injuries caused by adverse polygraph results.
