Request Summary: Under the Family-based humanitarian program for Colombians, Haitians and Venezuelans, please provide a copy of a report that your department holds, showing how many applicants were processed or are in process and also showing between what dates these applications were received from September 1st, 2023 to March 13th, 2024. The Family-based humanitarian program for Colombians, Haitians and Venezuelans, was announced open until December 30th 2023, and the application page was saying "until the access to this portal is open, we are accepting applications". However, there's applicants that filed their application way before that date (when it was still opened) but, they were rejected due to the program's cap reached, why? How many applicants were processed or are in process under this program?
