Request Summary: The notes prepared for the Minister for the February 15&17, 2022 hearing at CIMM states (listed at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/committees/cimm-feb-15-17-2022/chinook-development-implementation-decision-making.html): "In December 2020, performance of Chinook was measured through a sample study for overseas migration offices. The results determined there was an 18-30% gain in efficiency, decreasing the impacts of system and broadband latency and allowing for shorter review time per application hence increasing productivity." 1) Please provide a copy of this study measuring Chinook performance. 2) Provide a copy of all studies/evaluations/assessments/tests/surveys/white &black box testing/QA tests measuring Chinook performance from January 1, 2018 to August 22, 2022.
