Request Summary: The annual and quarterly reports of the Coopérative d’Inclusion francophone de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard submitted to IRCC regarding the Bienvenue Évangéline project under IRCC’s Welcoming Francophone Communities program. We are looking for all reports and financial justification data related to this project since its inception in 2019. We asked the responsible organization and did not obtain the requested information. The annual financial reports from March 2021 and March 2022 do not refer to the “Bienvenue Evangéline” project, and we are concerned about this lack of transparency.
