Request Summary: All emails, reports, notes, memos and other records of the Royal Canadian Air Force and NORAD that are contained in RG24/R112, Acc. 2015-01196-X, Box 6, File 1630-5 (partie 12-13), Reports & Returns - CF SITREP (January 2002-April 2005) and RG24/R112, Acc. 2013-00268-8, Box 3, File 1630-1 (partie 6), Reports & Returns (2001-2006) that pertain to the following events: on November 27, 2002, NORAD contacted NAV CANADA informing them of NORAD’s radar observation of a tubular object between flight levels 370 and 470 that was moving from Chicago towards Thunder Bay. NORAD along with NAV CANADA requested several aircraft to report any observations.
