Request Summary: I would like to know the actual number of applications for Secured Certificates of Indian Status (SCIS) cards that were made in a fiscal year, or calendar year for the years 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2019-20, and how many SCIS were actually issued in those years. I would also like to know if an application for a SCIS could not be processed in one year, how many months or years it took (on average) from date of request to date of issue of a SCIS.
