Recommendations by JAG (Judge Advocate General), in consultation with CFLA (Canadian Forces Legal Advisor) and senior CAF SJS (Strategic Joint Staff) advisors, against a COVID-19 vaccination mandate. 4. Testimony of Dr. Anthony Fauci during a hearing held by the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic on 3 June 2024, including his admission that COVID-19 vaccine did not prevent SARS-CoV-2 transmission. 5. Ruling in Health Freedom Defense Fund, Inc. v. Alberto Carvalho, No. 22-55908 (9th Cir. 2024) 6. Scientific findings: "There is no evidence in actual all-cause mortality data that the COVID-19 vaccine rollouts had any beneficial effect. In fact, the contrary is apparent." and "There can be little doubt that the peaks in excess ACM [all-cause mortality] are caused by the COVID-19 vaccinations, with [...] approximately 1 death per 800 injections, which is reasonably expected to be globally representative.
