Was there any internal deliberation or justification within the OIC about providing the Information Commissioner ad hoc, Anne E. Bertrand, with a Gmail email address rather than an OIC-issued email address? 6. If so, what were the reasons or considerations that led to the decision to use a Gmail address rather than an OIC email address for the Commissioner ad hoc? 7. Can the OIC explain why it was not possible or feasible to provide Ms. Bertrand with an official OIC email.
