Provide signed and final versions of: 4. The most recent uranium decommissioning licences for the following licencees: ? Denison Mines Inc – Denison Mining Facility (Licence no. UMDL- MINEMILLDENISON.01/indf) ? Denison Mines Inc – Stanrock Mining Facility (Licence no. UMDL- MINEMILLSTANROCK.02/indf) 5. The most recent radioactive waste facility operating licence for the following licencee: ? Rio Algom Limited - (Licence no. WFOL-W5-3101.03/indf) Provide all information including correspondence, final signed agreements and briefing notes relating to a “reclamation trust fund” for each of the above noted licences, including: ? the reclamation funding agreement between Denison, Her Majesty in Right of Canada and Her Majesty in Right of the Province of Ontario dated December 21, 1995 as subsequently amended on April 11, 1997, February 25, 1999, and by the Assignment and Novation Agreement dated December 29, 2003.
