Request Summary: I request the following records pertaining to remote or hybrid work in your organization: 1. All internal or external evaluations about the effectiveness, efficiency, and equity of work performed by teleworkers (or related term, such as remote workers) and hybrid workers from the period of March 1, 2020 to November 1, 2022. Documents include, but are not limited to: -Internal memos and data comparing performance metrics of teleworkers versus workers in the office; -Documents with comparisons of average scores or distribution of scores for annual evaluations of employees or surveys of workers for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022; -Aggregated and anonymized data comparing team or unit performance before and during the pandemic; -Documents or memos that articulate options, plans, and strategies for future work location and mode expectations for 2021, 2022 and 2023; -Relevant correspondence with public sector union representatives on matters related to work arrangements. 2. Any manuals, guidelines, written policies, procedures and practices that your organization has developed for tele-, hybrid-, and on-site work for public servants since 2020. 3. All documents, reports, studies or relevant statistics/data that show the number of employees by their work status (i.e. full time telework, hybrid work, full time office work) in March 2020, November 2021 and November 2022.
