Request Summary: The IRB has already published data on the refugee claims referred to the RPD following an irregular border crossing: https://www.irb-cisr.gc.ca/en/statistics/Pages/Irregular-border-crosser-statistics.aspx. That data, as published, is sorted according to the date of referral, with the referral intake totals for each quarter being reported from February 2017 to December 2023. We seek the same data, but organized according to the date of the claim rather than the date of referral. Please also disaggregate the data to the number of claims per month. Further, please disaggregate the data to indicate the number of claims in each period that were referred to the IRB by IRCC and the number referred by CBSA. Finally, please include the most recently available data, rather than ending in December 2023 (as in the data currently publicly available)
