Request Summary: I am seeking access to all records, including but not limited to memos, briefing notes, internal notes, reports, discussions, and emails pertaining to the following: (1) IRCC's current policy for processing routine online citizenship applications after AOR clearing, specifically whether there are any quotas or random selection procedures that would result in the processing of some applications over others, leading to a difference of no less than 6 months between applications submitted at the same time. (2) IRCC's plans for operations of the citizenship grant program for fiscal years 2023-24 and 2024-25. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant records and identify them as such. Also remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence and identify them as not relevant.
