IAEA Country Coordinator (Mr. Ben Poulet, CNSC Staff, Canada) was to obtain the following information and create an Action Item: We require that you provide the following documents: 1) Action Item Number created by the Country Coordinator (Canada, Mr. Ben Poulet, CNSC Staff) for both items. 2) Action Item Number Database Screen Shot of both Action Items. 3) Review documentation of Standby Power System Electrical Protection scheme (Relay Protection). 4) Provide Edoc Number for Review Documentation. 5) Implementation Measures of Standby Power documentation that was identified to improve reliability and have been proposed in relicensing documentation. Provide Edoc Number of Implementation documentation. Provide Edoc Number of the Licensing documents that include the implementation scheme.
