For each multi­unit residential property financed under the program, I am seeking the following: 1) Address 2) Date of most recent insured mortgage 3) Number of units 4) Type of borrower (i.e. individual, holding company, principal business corporation, REIT, other) 5) Value of loan 6) Amortization 7) Interest rate 8) Average rent and net operating income at the time of the most recent mortgage 9) Type of financing (acquisition financing, refinancing, construction etc.) 10) Identification of the type of CMHC loan insurance program e.g. MLI Select, Rental Construction Financing Initiative etc.
