I want to request all emails(including attachments), Manuals/Operational Bulletins, and instructions in any other forms which were sent from IRCC responsible office in Ottawa to CPC-Edmonton about processing Study Permit applications made in Canada, according to R215(1)(f), by temporary residents in visitor status.
