Request Summary: Please provide a (1) the latest copy of the CIC - RCMP Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) , with all Annexes; and (2) the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) for the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Both documents are described as existing on the transparency section of the IRCC website here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/privacy-impact-assessment/rcmp-memorandum-understanding.html I believe the PIA took place in 2012-2013. I do not know when the MOU was renewed. Likely around the same time.
